Description

Shabudana Kurdai (साबुदाणा कुरडई) is a traditional Maharashtrian snack—light, crispy, and super nostalgic 
Usually made in summer and enjoyed during fasting days too.

What it is

  • Made from sabudana (tapioca pearls)

  • Sun-dried into spiral or lace shapes

  • Deep-fried before eating → puffs up and turns ultra-crispy
